Learn AI in your own home, at your own pace.

One on one AI coaching for people who know it matters and have no idea where to start. No jargon, no rushing, no assumptions about what you already know.

Get in touch

Glendale and greater Los Angeles. Three sessions, in your home, $499.

You are not behind. You just have not been shown.

Most people know AI is a big deal and have no real idea what it is for. That is not something you can fix by watching videos, because every video is about somebody else's life.

So we sit down together, at your kitchen table or wherever your computer lives, and point it at yours. The thing you keep putting off. The paperwork you can never find. The letter you have been avoiding for a month.

Plenty of people who book this have never opened an AI chat in their life. That is exactly the right place to start from. If you can use email and a web browser, you can do this.

Three visits. Ninety minutes each. Your computer, your hands on the keyboard.

Before we start

You fill in a short sheet about your life. Not about technology. What you are responsible for, what you keep putting off, what you have to go digging for. That is what we aim at.

The three sessions

In your home, on your own computer, with a real break built into each one. I am not going to do things for you while you watch.

We go at your pace

If a session covers half of what I brought, that is a normal day. Some people move fast. Some spend the first hour just getting comfortable. Both are fine.

What you need before we start

A computer, and a little room to sit next to it. A Mac or a Windows PC. This does not work on a tablet or a Chromebook, because part of what I teach runs software that only exists on a real computer. If yours is a desktop rather than a laptop, we work wherever it lives, so it helps if there is space for two people to sit.

It almost certainly qualifies. You need macOS Big Sur or newer on a Mac, or Windows 10 or newer on a PC. That covers most computers from the last decade.

Not sure? Here is how to check, in about fifteen seconds.

On a Mac: click the Apple menu in the top left corner, then About This Mac.

On Windows: press the Windows key, type About your PC, and press Enter.

If the version you see is older than that, or you cannot find it at all, send me a message and we will sort it out. It is a two minute conversation and I would much rather have it now than on the day.

A Google account, which you almost certainly already have if you use Gmail.

What you will actually be able to do

  • Hold a real conversation with an AI and get answers that fit your life, not generic ones.
  • Know when to trust it and when to check it. This is the part almost nobody learns, and it is the difference between a useful tool and an expensive mistake.
  • Ask questions about your own week. What is on my calendar, what is in my inbox, what should I be ready for.
  • Turn a pile of your own paperwork into something you can ask questions of. Appliance manuals, an insurance policy, a benefits handbook, decades of recipe cards. Ask the pile instead of digging through it.
  • Hand it a whole job and walk away while it works, then come back to something finished.
  • Make a picture you actually need. A sign, a flyer, a card, a logo for the thing you run on the side.
  • Set up something that runs on its own, on a schedule, and arrives without you asking. You will build one before I leave.
  • Know which tool to open for a given task, without asking anyone.

Your pages keep themselves up to date

Everything we cover, you keep. One written page per topic, with the exact button names, the steps in order, and what to do when something does not work.

These tools change constantly. Buttons move, things get renamed. Your pages are linked to my master copies, so when something moves and I fix it, your copy updates itself. No email asking you to download a new version. Nothing for you to do.

It is the one piece of this that keeps working on your behalf long after our last session.

What it costs

$499 4.5 hours of one on one time, as three 90 minute sessions in your home

Plus Claude Pro, $20 a month. You buy it directly from Anthropic on your own account, and you own it. I do not resell it and I do not get a cut. You will want it while we are working together. If you would rather cancel after we finish, that is completely fine and I will show you how.

Nothing else costs anything. The other two tools we use are free with a Google account you almost certainly already have. There is no second subscription, and I will not ask you to buy anything during a session.

What I will not do

  • No medical, legal, or financial advice. These tools are very good at helping you ask better questions and organize your own paperwork. They do not tell you what is wrong with you or what to do with your money, and I will say so out loud every time it comes up.
  • No coding. There is a whole side of these tools for building software. We are not going near it and you will never need it.
  • No upselling. One subscription, which you own and I make nothing on. Where something needs an extra paid plan, I teach the version that does not.
  • No pretending it is magic. It gets things wrong, confidently, and I will show you that happening rather than letting you find out on your own.

Who you would be working with

Steve Davis, AI Coach Steve

I am Steve, and I live in Glendale.

I spent 15 years running creative and marketing operations for television and film companies, which mostly meant teaching teams of people to use new tools and building the systems that kept everyone on the same page. Somewhere in there I got good at explaining technical things to people who did not want a technical explanation.

I also run a mobile notary business, so coming to your home, on time, with everything I need, is already how I work.

I started this because a friend told me he knew AI mattered and had no idea where to begin, and I realized I could not point him at anything good. Not a course, not a video, nothing that started where he actually was. So I built it.

Google AI Professional Certificate completion badge

I also completed the Google AI Professional Certificate program, to keep my own skills current.

Questions people ask

I am really not good with computers.

Then you are the person this was built for. If you can use email and a web browser, you have everything you need.

What if I do not know what I would use it for?

Most people do not, and there is a whole session built around exactly that. We have the AI interview you about your own week, and it comes back with ten specific suggestions drawn from your answers. That is usually the moment it clicks.

Is it safe to put my information in?

Three things stay out: passwords, bank or card numbers, and your Social Security number. Everything else is fair game, and using your real documents is what makes it useful. We cover this properly in the first fifteen minutes.

What if we do not finish everything?

Then we do not, and that is a normal outcome rather than a shortfall. You will have more written up in your folder than we covered, so there is always somewhere to go next. Extra hours are available if you want them and there is never any pressure.

Do you work remotely?

Not for this. All 4.5 hours are in person, because setup, installers and permission popups are miserable over a screen share.

Do I have to keep paying $20 a month forever?

No. You will want it while we are working together. After that it is your call, and I will show you exactly where the cancel button is before I leave.

Ready, or want to ask something first?

Either is fine. Send me a note and we will work out whether this is a fit. I answer everything myself.

Optional, and there are no wrong answers. Even a sentence helps me know where to start.
